Advantages of Lithium iron phosphate battery:
1. Use safety
The P-O bond in the crystal of Lithium iron phosphate ion battery is stable and difficult to analyze. Even at high temperature or overcharge, it will not collapse and heat or form strong oxidizing substances like lithium cobalt oxide, so it has good safety. The Lithium iron phosphate ion battery has undergone strict safety detection, and will not explode even in collision and puncture.
2. Improvement in lifespan
The Lithium iron phosphate power battery has a cycle life of more than 2000 times, and can be used for 2000 times with standard charging (5 hour rate). Lead–acid battery of the same quality will last for 1~1.5 years at most, while Lithium iron phosphate ion batteries will have a theoretical life of 7~8 years when used under the same conditions.
3. Good high-temperature performance
The thermal peak value of Lithium iron phosphate ion battery can reach 350 ℃ -500 ℃, while that of lithium manganate and lithium cobalate is only about 200 ℃. The working temperature range is wide (-20C-75C) and has high temperature resistance characteristics.
4. Large capacity
When the battery works under the condition that it is always overflowing, its capacity will be rapidly lower than the Nameplate capacity. This phenomenon is called memory effect. For example, Ni MH and Nickel–cadmium battery have memory, but Lithium iron phosphate ion batteries have no such phenomenon. No matter what state the battery is in, it can be used as soon as it is charged, without first discharging and then charging.
5. Lightweight
The volume of the Lithium iron phosphate ion battery with the same specification and capacity is 2/3 of the volume of the Lead–acid battery, and the weight is 1/3 of the Lead–acid battery.
6. Environmental protection
The Lithium iron phosphate ion battery is pollution-free, complies with European RoHS regulations, and is an absolute green environmental protection battery certificate.
7. Fast charging
It can charge and discharge the battery quickly with a high current of 2C. Within 40 minutes of charging at 1.5C with a dedicated charger, the battery can overflow, and the starting current can reach 2C
