On the morning of November 16th, the signing and awarding ceremony of school-enterprise cooperation between Tuobang and Guilin University of Electronic Technology was successfully held in Shenzhen headquarters. Zhang Wentao, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Guilin University of Electronic Technology and vice president, and Qiu Hongbing, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information and Communication, and Liu Tie Yuan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Electronic Engineering and Automation, and Ding Dahai, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Information and Communication, and other leading teachers attended the ceremony. Wu Yongqiang, Chairman and General Manager of the Company, Dai Huijuan, Director of Human Resources, Li Zhi, Director of Academia Sinica, Tao Zezheng, Director of Talent Development and Corporate Culture, etc. were present at the meeting, which was presided over by You Dabiao, from the Human Resources Center.

Chairman Wu and other leaders accompanied the school leaders to visit the company's exhibition hall, central laboratory, and office environment, so that the school leaders have a more comprehensive understanding of Topband. By playing the company’s promotional video, it showed Topband’s industry advantages, technical strength, and delivery capabilities to the school’s leading teachers.

In the leadership speech, Mr. Wu said that it has been 25 years since the establishment of Topband. In the past 25 years, Topband has only done one thing-replacing human physical and mental activities with machines. The market for this matter will become larger and larger, and our value will be more and more recognized by society. Guilin University of Electronic Technology is a domestic high-level university with distinctive electronic information features. The prospect for cooperation between the two sides is very good. We hope that we can reach deep cooperation and form a strategic partnership. Professor Zhang Wentao shared the history, faculty, students and scientific research achievements of Guilin University of Electronic Technology with the company leaders, vividly demonstrating the school motto of "respecting morality and learning, striving for innovation", and said that the school's "Industry-University-Research-oriented" work is in line with the needs of enterprises, and this cooperation is a good start. We hope that school-enterprise cooperation can achieve win-win results and build an ecological community. Then, Dai Huijuan, Director of Human Resources, and Qiu Hongbing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information and Communication jointly signed the strategic cooperation agreement, which was unveiled by Wu Yongqiang, Chairman and General Manager, and Zhang Wentao, Standing Committee member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the School. After the unveiling ceremony, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on personnel training, employment and retention of students, orientation training and school-enterprise cooperation. This event was a complete success! This signing ceremony will become an important node for cooperation between Topband and Guilin University of Electronic Technology, which will effectively promote further multi-level, multi-form and multi-field cooperation between schools and enterprises, and provide a new opportunity for realizing the organic combination and optimal allocation of school-enterprise resources and jointly cultivating compound talents suitable for social development.
